It is thirteen minutes drive from the King Fahd Int’l. Airport, and seven minutes drive from the city center of Al Khobar and Dammam. Just thirty minutes drive from Bahrain, and three hours from Kuwait and Qatar.  It is also forty-five minutes travel from U.A.E. via airplane. 

The exhibition complex is a convenient self contained setting,  spread over an area of 300,000 square meters, complete with two interconnected air-conditioned exhibition halls of 9,000 square meters covered exhibition hall of 1,200 square meters, outdoor exhibition area of 10,000 square meters, business center, multipurpose hall, V.I.P. hall, cafeteria, design center, stores, gardens, and parking to accommodate 5,000 vehicles.
